Laad was born from something deeply personal — my inseparable love for children. Their laughter, energy, and innocence have always inspired me. I wanted to create something just for them — something that celebrates their spirit, their comfort, and their beauty.

Two years ago, I realized that while the market was filled with endless ethnicwear options for adults, there were very few thoughtfully designed, boutique-quality options for children — especially across India. Most kids' ethnicwear felt heavy, uncomfortable, or lacked character. That’s when Laad by Kishita was born.

Starting with ethnicwear, we set out to create outfits that feel festive yet light, beautiful yet breathable. Every design is handpicked. Every fabric is chosen for softness. Every silhouette is made to move freely — because children should always feel free to just be themselves.

And now, we’re growing with them.
