Unboxing Video Requirement: To process an exchange, customers must provide an unedited video recording of the unboxing process. This video should clearly show the package being opened and the damage present on the product.

Time Frame: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
📸 How to Request an Exchange

Record Unboxing: Before opening the package, start recording a video that captures the entire unboxing process, ensuring the damaged area is clearly visible.
